I was not in the market for a buck...but this guy came up on Craigslist at a crazy price, and I decided he'd work nicely in my own herd. He also makes my breedings this year much simpler. With Alginon on both sides, via some of his most notable sons (Breakaway and Beaujolais) I'm anticipating nice kids from this guy.
I got some great kids...and in cutting the herd way back down, I've decided to let Roman move on. He adds strength of bone most of the time, and also tend to lengthen ears, flattens rumps, adds overall width, and put great escutcheons on the kids. Toplines were probably 60% good to excellent. He is best used on does with correct shoulder assembly.
Stud fee $40 with a memo, $25 w/o
